Excuted entirely during COVID - where we pivoted to a production model that was executed remotely.

Served as a Visual Effects Supervisor on the front end of production, providing artistic and technical leadership on The Monkey King, a fully CGI animated feature produced by Netflix Animation.

Partnered closely with the Director and Production Designer to translate the film’s visual vision into production-ready solutions — balancing creative ambition with technical feasibility across the pipeline.

Led sequence and shot-level planning, including detailed breakdowns of complexity across departments, working with vendor studios, supervisors, and production teams to align scope, resources, and budget.

Collaborated across internal teams and global vendor partners to maintain a cohesive visual direction, while supporting efficient production workflows and delivery timelines.

Facilitated cross-department integration of tools and evolving technologies, ensuring that visual effects met the film’s artistic standards while staying within schedule and budget.
