cognizant impact awards show

Served as Creative Director and Creative Producer for a global awards experience for approximately 350,000 Cognizant employees, delivered across three broadcast locations — Chennai, London, and New York, in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The show opened with a high-energy rock performance and closed with vibrant dance sequences, creating a dynamic and celebratory arc that kept both in-room and virtual audiences engaged. Designed as an interactive experience, the event drove strong participation across a global audience.

We shaped the run of show and stage design for the main venue in Chennai, working closely with international teams to ensure content, visuals, and production came together seamlessly across all locations.

Led the 2025 show with 3 locations in three counties, 5 physical locations with stage build and design for each venue, and 20 watch parties - broadcast across the globe.

  • Creative Direction & Show Leadership (End-to-End)

    Led the overall creative direction and execution of the show — overseeing all aspects from concept through delivery, including:

    • Run of Show (ROS) planning and show structure

    • Script development and host guidance

    • Show look and feel, including visual identity and tone

    • Show graphics system and scalable templates for asset generation

    • Trophy design and fabrication

    • Stage and set design, working closely with build partners to ensure the environment supported the overall creative vision

    • Lighting design and plot, aligned with the show’s visual language

    • Pre-recorded content development and editorial

    • Sound design, including original score and brand audio direction

    • Asset creation tailored to ROS and segment-specific needs

    • Onsite production and broadcast across multiple locations
      (including multi-cam direction, show calling, production, graphics, lighting, and sound teams)

    • Post-event content, including sizzles and social cutdowns per winner
